In 2018, we were skincare lovers before we were skincare sellers. And like thousands of people in Bangladesh, we kept running into the same problem — the products we researched, trusted, and wanted to buy were either unavailable locally, wildly overpriced, or simply not real. The counterfeit problem in Bangladesh's beauty market was not a rumour. We had seen it up close. Products with tampered packaging, diluted formulas, and fake labels passed off as genuine imports at every turn. The people buying them deserved far better.
