I usually don’t make posts like this, but I feel like people should know about my experience with this page before ordering. I ordered bangles from this page in size 2.4, but the bangles I received were noticeably larger than the size I had ordered. I wasn’t home when the parcel arrived, so my sister received it for me. As soon as I came home and checked the parcel myself, I immediately contacted the page and informed them about the sizing issue. They agreed to exchange the bangles, and I even told them I was willing to pay the delivery charge for the exchange. After that, I was kept waiting for more than a month. Every time I followed up, I was told things like “we’ll do it” or that the size was out of stock. Eventually, I told them that I no longer wanted an exchange and simply wanted a refund. I was then told that the parcel had been dispatched, but even after waiting, I never received the replacement parcel. When I asked for my money back again, I was only refunded the delivery charge, not the actual amount I paid for the bangles. After that, I was told that the page does not do exchanges and that they had supposedly sent me the correct size. This is extremely frustrating because I contacted them about the issue immediately after receiving the product, they initially agreed to exchange it, and I spent over a month following up about something that should have been resolved much earlier. I have kept the conversations and relevant screenshots regarding the order and the exchange/refund discussions. I’m sharing this so others can be aware of my experience and make an informed decision before ordering from this page.
