⭐ 1/5 - Very Disappointing Customer Service I ordered a size **54 borka** from Al Araf, but they sent me **size 56**. When I contacted them and requested an exchange for the size I actually ordered, they refused. Instead of taking responsibility for sending the wrong size, they blamed me for not checking the product at the time of delivery. I don't think this is fair. If a customer orders size 54 and the seller sends size 56, the customer should at least be given the option to exchange it. I was also disappointed with the delivery time. They said delivery would be within **one week**, but it took **more than 10 days**. What upset me most was how they handled my complaint. Rather than trying to solve the issue professionally, they removed me from their follower list. As a customer, I found this disrespectful and unprofessional. They have a huge following and a lot of collections, which gave me confidence to order from them. Unfortunately, my experience did not match my expectations. My advice to future customers: **confirm the size, delivery time, and exchange/return policy very clearly before placing an order.** I hope Al Araf improves its customer service and takes responsibility when an incorrect product is delivered.
