Every business profile on ReviewKmon displays an overall Trust Score from 1.0 to 5.0 stars based on authentic customer reviews.
- Real-Time Weighted Average: Ratings are averaged dynamically as new verified reviews pass moderation.
- Transparent Star Breakdown: Visitors can filter reviews by 5-star, 4-star, or lower ratings to see specific experiences.
2. What is a 'Verified Review' Badge?
Reviews with a green 'VERIFIED REVIEW' badge indicate higher credibility because the reviewer submitted proof of purchase or order evidence.
- Invoice & Receipt Validation: Reviewers can upload order confirmation screenshots, cash-on-delivery receipts, or delivery memos.
- Anti-Manipulation: Verified reviews carry higher weight in trust scoring and cannot be arbitrarily removed by shop owners.
3. Scam Alerts & Consumer Warnings
When multiple independent users report fraudulent activity, non-delivery of goods after advance payment, or fake product scams, moderators place a red Scam Warning banner on the business profile.
